Short Announcement: Our new 3XO, Lt. Cmdr. Nivora T'vek

Howdy folks!

Most of you saw the brief announcement in the discord about our resident Chief Medical Officer, Lieutenant Commander Nivora T'vek, being promoted to our Third Officer. This is a new position for the ship, one which we are going to keep formalized as a sort of "head of departments" type of a deal. His promotion provides the Command Staff with the necessary presence to be, in effect, available at most intervals to respond to your needs.

While we're still working through the details, don't be afraid to contact T'vek concerning any issues. He's there to help! Thanks T'vek!
